Employee Assistance Programme

Room Psychotherapy offers small and medium sized local businesses bespoke cbt therapy packages to aid employees at short notice in positively managing their mental health and wellbeing. 

 

My hope would be that this service could be made available to employees when they feel they need support - whether it is to deal with pressures and stress of the job role or to deal with personal issues. Mental health can have a huge impact on our ability to concentrate at work
